 I have verified that the current checksums are correct.

 There is something amiss in your download process.

 Try a manual download from
 {{{http://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop-64/texshopsource399.zip}}}

 and then move the file in place

 {{{sudo mv texshopsource399.zip
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/TeXShop/}}}

 Now things should work.
