 libchloride does not build with libsodium 1.0.12 or later:

 The libchloride port is already at the latest version available from the
 developer, and the developer has archived the repository.

 According to [https://repology.org/metapackage/libchloride/versions
 repology], MacPorts is the only distribution that includes libchloride, so
 there aren't any patches we could use from other distributions.
