 Pushed 739e6df87fb191d44c02df8e372c8898d66c1609 with some of the changes.
 Notably, added michaelld as maintainer so he can do whatever he wants...
 it seems like that git tag may no longer be relevant; I see in libusb
 github that there's a 0.1.6-rc2 now.
