 I will open a new ticket, but I am checking here first whether this is
 known already. Latest wine (including -devel) built with +universal
 +quartz seem to freeze (component timeout) when opening winecfg (first
 execution). Forcefully closing it leaves dangling processes. This on High
 Sierra and on two different installations.
