 laszip 3.2.1 has been released which
 [https://github.com/LASzip/LASzip/commit/3a04f5743fd91df5167888dd743e3cbac10227e6
 should fix] the library version, setting it to 8. However, the
 [https://github.com/LASzip/LASzip/releases/tag/3.2.1 laszip 3.2.1 release
 files] are [https://github.com/LASzip/LASzip/issues/44 named wrong], with
 version number 3.2.0 instead of 3.2.1; let's wait and see if upstream will
 fix that before we update.
