 Well, 2.5.0 will have an enhanced rev-upgrade that can detect cxx_stdlib
 mismatches. Some time after everybody has upgraded to 2.5.0, we can
 release a new version that switches the default to libc++, and throw out
 the old libstdc++ archives on the packages server and build new libc++
 ones.
