 This might potentially need some preliminary agreement about which
 portions we want to split into separate repositories. Many things from
 this repo are merely single files.

 Candidates:
 * `cpan2port`
 * `mpbot` (bot for irc)
 * `mpvim` (plugins for vim)
 * `mpwa`
 * `stats-server` from the `gsoc11-statistics` branch
