 Please use `path:bin/cmake:cmake` instead of `bin:cmake:cmake`.

 Please don't override `portfetch::assemble_url`. Use the `?dummy=` trick
 instead; see PortfileRecipes#fetchwithgetparams.

 Could this use the new cargo portgroup, instead of reimplementing a lot of
 what it does?
