 If multiple ports require rebuilding due to rev-upgrade (either explicit
 or implicit), and one of those rebuilds fails, then no rebuilds after that
 in the list are attempted, even when -p has been specified.  This means
 that broken builds can result in unnecessarily broken ports.

 Working around this is made more difficult by the absence of some sort of
 "port rebuild" command.
