 I am requesting maintainer approval for the attached patches. Similar to
 #56438, I am opening a ticket as maintainer does not have a Github nick
 for email notification.

 There are two patch files attached--one fixes whitespace, and the other
 for functional changes. Specifically, the changes are:
     * add modeline, license, arch and file hashes
     * use configure.args instead of calling system
     * format to follow other aspell-dict-*
     * minimize the use of system in pre-destroot

 The Portfile passes a `lint --nitpick` check and I verified it
 successfully installed.
