 I doubt that.

 The 404 errors you showed are ''not'' MacPorts failing to download the
 source. They are MacPorts failing to download a pre-compiled binary. We
 are not permitted to distribute pre-compiled binaries of gmt5 due to its
 license. Therefore MacPorts must build it from source.

 If the source build failed, please attach the main.log file so that we can
 see why that happened.
