 I'd be happy to test out such a Portfile. The open file dialog issues
 related to #56169 are more my issue (using recent files as a workaround
 works okay in the meantime, but there's no way to export images from QGIS
 until that dialog works again), but it sounds like Qt 5.9 may be the
 culprit there too.
