 Your patch uses a GitHub repository of qmfrederik. I don't think that's
 the official repo, since there is no mention of that username on the
 project's web site, and that repo is not up to date with the latest
 commits on SourceForge at
 https://sourceforge.net/p/libquicktime/git/ci/master/tree/
