 tests] to see if there is a system version of leveldb by trying to

 compile a program].\\
 If no system leveldb  is found, qtwebkit
 [https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtwebkit.git/tree/WebKit.pro?h=5.9#n27 builds
 its own].

 I am not sure why the system version would cause these problems.\\
 Any help narrowing down this problem would be appreciated.
