 I have a working root6 port with the following version & variant string:
 root6
 @6.14.02_0+clang60+cocoa+cxx17+gcc7+graphviz+gsl+http+minuit2+opengl+python36+roofit+soversion+ssl+tmva+xml+xrootd
 (active)

 It's only failing to build the newer 6.14.06.
