 I captured the changes so far in a branch on my fork here:

 Maybe that is useful to you. It includes edits to the qt4-mac portfile.
 Note that I incremented the revision of qt4-mac and kdelibs4 for
 convenience for me when working on this. I'm not sure if that is correct
 to do for this fix.
