 Hello, please feel free to correct any of my etiquette in how I post here.

 I believe the Sunwait project on SourceForge currently sourced by MacPorts
 may have been abandoned, and there is a fork on Github which now has a
 significant bug fix the SourceForge repo doesn't have. (Not to mention the
 Github repo has adopted MacPort's compatibility patches.)

 I have bug reports and patch suggestions on the SourceForge project that
 have gone unanswered for over a year now. The maintainer has not posted or
 updated anything in more than 3 years. By contrast, the Github repo was
 active just 2 weeks ago, responding to my pull request within 15 hours.

 Not sure what typical FOSS community protocol is here, but I thought
 MacPorts might at least benefit from the bug fix.
