 PortfileRecipes are suggestions for portfile authors, not users.

 Frank has followed those instructions for the povray port, fixing it; all
 you need to do to receive the fix, as with any other MacPorts fix, is to
 run `sudo port selfupdate` and try to install the port again.

 The command `port file povray` will show you where povray's Portfile is
 located.
