 appstream-glib: Mojave/Xcode 10 build fix

Build against system uuid headers contained in the current selected
Xcode SDK rather than /usr/include. Command Line Tools no longer
installs /usr/include by default on macOS 10.14. Should be compatible
 with earlier versions.

 See
 https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode_release_notes/xcode_10_release_notes.
