 Embedded in the build log is this jewel:
 {{{
 -I/usr/include/malloc
 }}}
 I'd guess that you have malloc installed via some other means (e.g.,
 Homebrew, from source). I'd suggest you remove the offending header &
 library, "sudo port clean bladerf", and then try again.
