 Wow, no /usr/include at all!  Some googling tells me that the following
 can supply it:
 sudo installer -pkg
 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/Packages/macOS_SDK_headers_for_macOS_10.14.pkg
 -target /

 However, I for one don't think that  at least in the long run, the port(s)
 should be fixed to use and/or test for the headers in a more flexible way,
 finding them where Apple wants you to find them.
