Old description:

New description:

 I was running {{{sudo port upgrade outdated}}}, things were going well
 until the arpack upgrade crashed.

 I then ran {{{sudo port clean arpack}}} and tried to upgrade arpack again,
 same error.

 Then I {{{sudo port uninstall arpack}}} followed by {{{sudo port install
 arpack}}}, same error.

 The error message:

 --->  Configuring arpack
 Error: Failed to configure arpack, consult
