 This is totally an upstream issue with MacVim, and it has nothing to do
 with MacPorts. See [ticket:57170] and feel free to leave your comments
 here: <https://github.com/macvim-dev/macvim/issues/751>.

 There is a workaround in that PR that you can use temporarily.
