 Concerning the issue about libkdcraw, it has been reported in
 https://trac.macports.org/ticket/56889.

 For the other issue, I have unfortunately no obvious solution, but if dbus
 is indeed not running, it could indeed lead to such issues. I could not
 reproduce the error when trying to install the ports you mentioned.
