 An install of the current version of julia fails in the destroot stage
 with the following error:

 LoadError("sysimg.jl", 361, LoadError("dates/Dates.jl", 49,
 LoadError("dates/io.jl", 285, ErrorException("PCRE JIT error: no more
 memory"))))
 }}}

 This happens reproducibly with different variants (I used +gcc7 and
 +gcc8), after `port clean --all julia`.
