 I'm trying to build the miriad package.

 https://www.macports.org/ports.php?by=name&substr=miriad

 It needs the option for -std=legacy for the AM_FFLAGS

 Otherwise the legacy fortran code does not build under gcc8

 Can it be added via configure?
