 Thanks. The code that looks for json-c is
 [https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/fontconfig/fontconfig/commit/f665852df90cd5a28c3040af8f484999ca3dfa4e
 new in 2.13.1]. It appears to be used only for a test, and we don't have
 tests enabled for fontconfig, so we should disable looking for json-c. I
 couldn't find an obvious way to do that. I've
 [https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/fontconfig/fontconfig/issues/108 requested
 upstream add this]. I may have to patch the configure script until then.
