 I think that the resolution is to change the file
 `/opt/local/lib/pkgconfig/libczmq.pc` where the line `Requires:zmq` should
 be changed to `Requires:libzmq`

 As this package file is auto-generated, though, I'm not sure what patch to
 create in order to effect this change. Until the package is corrected, you
 can make this change yourself by hand.
