 Well, it "needs" `asciidoc`, `xmlto`, `xsltproc`. However, it doesn't
 really need them, it just opportunistically runs them when present, to
 build stuff like man page which doesn't exist in development sources, but
 exists in the released version. I didn't inspect into details, but I
 assume all those calls are pretty much useless.
