 Indeed, uninstalling `texlive-bin-extra` (ignoring the warning that
 `texlive` will be broken), then upgrading all the other ports and then re-
 installing `texlive-bin-extra` brings `dvisvgm` back in and everything
 seems to be working without any issues.

 So, I should be good. Thank you all.
