 in the Portfile `SBCL_MACOSX_VERSION_MIN=10.5` is hard-coded into the
 build line for some reason. change it to `SBCL_MACOSX_VERSION_MIN=10.14`
 and away you go. At least it gets past that error -- still building.

 Now -- how do we do that automatically for all systems? .. or do we need
 to set `SBCL_MACOSX_VERSION_MIN` at all ?
