 `SBCL_MACOSX_VERSION_MIN=${macosx_deployment_target}` does the job.

 Last question, then. Should we just do this across the board for every
 build, and revbump the whole mix, or restrict it to only Mojave? I'm
 leaning towards doing this for all builds myself...
