 One big difference between Python and Ruby on one hand, and Haskell on the
 other - is, as I already said more than once, the (almost) complete
 disregard for API stability by (too many of) Haskell package developers.
 This makes what you want to accomplish extremely difficult, IMHO - which
 probably is why you don't see a long line of volunteers to step in.
