 Hi, is there a workaround? Trying in vain to get this package installed,
 and getting the same error.

 I'm not especially proficient with the ins and outs of MacPorts or of
 compiling software on MacOS, so very simple step-by-step instructions to
 get this package installed would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
