 I've run
 {{{
 sudo port uninstall py27-astropy
 python2.7 -m pip install --user --upgrade astropy==2.0.10
 python2.7 -c 'import astropy;astropy.test()'
 }}}

 It has to to 70% so far, I suspect it'll finish.
