 Upstream PR https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/pull/6612 addresses this
 issue but maybe only for macOS 10.14.4.  Could be the basis for a
 conditional patch to be applied when building with Xcode 10.2 or better.

 This hasn't been merged upstream as yet and I haven't tested it myself but
 it may, at least, be a starting point.
