 Maintainer (Jason) left a comment a #47985 suggesting `tpkg` be deleted.

 Jason, are you still interested in maintaining the `etch` port, and/or is
 there reason to delete it? It might be outdated: it is currently at
 version 3.20.1 (released 2012), but there appear to be more recent
 versions and development available on GitHub: https://github.com/etch/etch
