 Maintainer has had no activity
 [https://trac.macports.org/search?q=franck.cassedanne since 2011] and is
 assigned #34560. #53522 is also open for `php5-spidermonkey` but I think
 the maintainer might not have ever been notified.

 `rhino` is also outdated: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Rhino/Download_Rhino

 Maintainer had also submitted `mod_log_firstbyte`: #29677

 **Update**: I have also opened #58419 for `php5-spidermonkey`.
