 0.216 built fine for me on 10.6.8/libc++/clang-9.0.

 $ port -v installed mame
 The following ports are currently installed:
   mame @0.216_0 (active) platform='darwin 10' archs='x86_64'
 date='2019-12-02T19:56:10-0800'
 }}}
 There is just one script that calls to "python" that needs to be set to
 `python27` to get the script to work.
