Comment:

 Yes, I'm aware php 7.4.0 is out. I did try during its alpha/beta/rc cycle
 to add it, but it is not as simple as just adding the 7.4 version block to
 the Portfile, because several configure options changed their names. When
 I have time, I will try to get this done.
