New description:

 Trying to install Weechat to include python to allow for the installation
 of python plugins. I've attached the full log file. I tried building
 directly from source myself to no avail. Trying the variants +python
 +python27 gave the same result. I also tried reverting back to the system
 python for the +python27 variant but no luck.
