 No, definitely do not rename the 10.15 SDK. Using the wrong SDK can cause
 problems, which is why the warning is printed in the first place.

 It's normal for Xcode 11 to only provide a 10.15 SDK, but the 10.14 SDK
 should then be provided by the Command Line Tools and be in
 `/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs`. I don't know why that is not
 the case for you.
