Comment (by kazu-yamamoto):

 - Installing qdbm by hand without MacPorts fixes this problem.
 - Also, comment out of "patchfiles" from Portfile of qdbm fixes this
 problem.

 It seems to me that CFLAGS of qdbm modified by Macports is the source of
 this problem.
