 I update Xcode and command line tools to Xcode 11.3 (11C29) on my Mac.
 And I commented out the pre-fetch check code,
 https://trac.macports.org/changeset/481909f1dfa28ec7cad2510d3f9827bd65132d9d
 /macports-ports
 of my local Portfiles for libgcc7, libgcc6 and gcc5
 and succeed to install them without any problems.
 Please update this issue again!
