 I do not have a directory named CommandLineTools in ~/Library/Developer/
 ...

 Is there a way to create and populate it ? Obviously running the package
 inside Command_Line_Tools_macOS_10.14_for_Xcode_10.3.dmg does not do the
 job ! Should I try an older one ?
