 I want to upgrade cscope from 15.8a_1 to 15.9

 The patch in the source was no longer needed.

 I applied a new patch to prevent cscope from complaining about symlinks,
 which it does even in the newest version. I found information about making
 this patch from a complaint at https://sourceforge.net/p/cscope/bugs/247/,
 which i also had. Upstream has yet to be patched for this bug.

 I do not have repository rights on github so i am opening a ticket
