 I've added rpcgen-mt as a build dependency to libvirt, which has made
 libvirt non-distributable:

 {{{
 "libvirt" is not distributable because its dependency "rpcgen-mt" has
 license "restrictive" which is not known to be distributable
 }}}

 Would it be appropriate to add `installs_libs no` to rpcgen-mt to fix
 this?
