Comment:

 A dependency on libheif (which depends on libde265) was added to
 ImageMagick to support opening HEIC image files. These types of image
 files are produced by the camera app on recent iOS devices, so this is
 relevant to Mac users.

 So, is adding the legacysupport portgroup to the libde265 port a
 sufficient resolution to this ticket?
