 Frank,

 I've run into this before: by convention, the final executable does not
 have the py prefix, i.e. {{{certbot}}}, not {{{py-certbot}}}. However, you
 are right, I need to move it out of the python directory.

 The suggestion to rename the {{{*--py3.7.egg-info}}} directory worked. I
 also had to manually update the Version in the {{{PKG-INFO}}} file.
