 gtkpod: disable coverweb plugin, dependencies

 This plugin wasn't building anyway since after the
 change to gtk3 it depends on deprecated webkit-gtk3 rather
 than webkit-gtk.

 The plugin can be re-enabled if and when it is ever updated
 to use webkit2-gtk.
